The priest would tie a sacred thread on everyone's wrist. ➔This sacred thread was a thread of pledge. Each family member would promise to live a life of right actions. Gradually the ritual began to change - young girls in the family tied the sacred thread and then it changed to sisters tying the thread to their brothers. ➤If a brother is a child, can he protect his sister? Can a brother always be around his sister for her protection? Is it only a sister who needs protection, not brothers? These virtues will make your shield of positivity stronger. 3 ● Apply the full stop when challenged by difficult situations. Don't create a large number of negative and waste thoughts and magnify the situation. 4 ● Tell yourself worry is a negative energy. ⇦ Reflections 2023-06-09 7 Days RajYoga Course of BK (Part 5) ⇦ ⇨ The 7 days course of the Brahma Kumaris is a course that is conducted at all the Brahma Kumaris centres in different cities, towns and villages in India and in centres all over the world in over 120 countries. It is mostly conducted either individually or in small groups at the centres. Its duration is one hour everyday for 7 days and the day and time of doing the course can be fixed by talking to the centre incharge of the centre you visit or call. ➤At some places, it is also conducted in large groups, like in the headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris, which is in the Aravalli Hills in Mt. Abu, Rajasthan, India and in our retreat centres in a few cities in India and abroad in 2-4 days, when our spiritual sisters and brothers visit our campuses over there and stay over there for the entire duration of time of 2-4 days. When they undergo the course in Mt. Abu or in our retreat centres, there is more than one course session everyday at times. मातेश्वरी जगदम्बा सरस्वती (मम्मा - जगत-अम्बा) Main Page English PDF version "हर घड़ी अंतिम घड़ी है, ऐसी सोच के साथ कर्म और पुरुषार्थ करो" ~ मम्मा Notice : आज २४ जून २०२४ है। विशेष बड़ा दिवस जब यज्ञ-माता मम्मा सरस्वती जी अव्यक्त हुई। तो आज विशेष मम्मा की जीवन कहानी को पढ़े, समझे और मातेश्वरी जी की दिव्य विशेषताएँ एवं गुण अपने में धारण करे। जैसा कि शास्त्रों में लिखा है ,इन्हें संसार,आदि देवी अथवा ईव के रूप में याद करता है। वेदों में सरस्वती को ज्ञान की देवी कहा गया है। अब हम यह जानते हैं कि सरस्वती, प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा की पुत्री भी हैं और जगत अम्बा भी ,जिनके द्वारा परमात्मा, हरेक की इच्छाओं को पूरा करता है। इसी कारण जगदम्बा की पूजा होती है। सभी की इच्छायें निराकार परमात्मा ही जगदम्बा के माध्यम से पूर्ण करने वाला है। आइये जानते हैं उस मनुष्य आत्मा की रूहानी यात्रा को जिसका सबसे अधिक पूजन होता है। जिन्होंने मम्मा के साथ रह उनके गुणों को पहचाना एवं मम्मा के मुख से मुरली सुनी ,उन्होंने बताया कि मम्मा का जीवन कितना साधारण व सेवा के प्रति तत्पर था। ​ मम्मा का लौकिक जन्म 1920 में एक मध्यम वर्गी परिवार में माता रोचा व पिता पोकरदास के घर, अमृतसर , पंजाब में हुआ था। 1936 से उनकी रूहानी जीवन यात्रा को दर्शाती वीडियो डॉक्यूमेंटरी जरूर देखे, जो निचे दी है। ​ सुचना : यज्ञ माता मीठी मम्मा की स्मृति में हमने जून २०२० की ज्ञानामृत पत्रिका और ॐ शांति मीडिया पत्रिका छापी है। जीवन कहानी को आप PDF version में डाउनलोड और print कर सकते है। See all images June Post जो भी मम्मा के साथ रहा ,उसने यही महसूस किया और वर्णन किया की मम्मा एक बहुत ही गुणवान आत्मा थीं। मम्मा यज्ञ के शुरुआती दिनों में आयीं और मुरली सुनते ही परमात्मा की सेवा में समर्पित हो गयीं। 17 वर्ष की अल्पायु में ही मम्मा आध्यात्मिक रूप से परिपक़्व हो गयीं एवं यज्ञ की जिम्मेदारियों को अपने हांथों में ले लिया। एक बार जब ओम मंडली के विरुद्ध न्यायालय में केस चल रहा था तब मम्मा ने आकर ऐसी गवाही दी जिससे न्यायाधीश भी मौन हो गये। मम्मा ने स्पष्ट किया कि किस प्रकार निराकार परमात्मा ने दादा लेखराज को माध्यम बनाया और उनके द्वारा हमें पढ़ा रहे हैं। यह भी समझाया कि एक मनुष्यात्मा यह सत्य ज्ञान कैसे दे सकती है? परमात्मा ही आकर हमें पवित्र रहने की (मन,वचन.कर्म में) श्रीमत देते हैं। हर एक मनुष्य को अधिकार है कि वह अपने जीवन की दिशा एवं उद्देश्य स्वयं निर्धारित कर सके। इस प्रकार मम्मा के स्पष्टीकरण द्वारा ओम मंडली ने केस जीत लिया। मम्मा ने सभी को सोचने पर बाध्य कर दिया। मम्मा की जीवन कहानी ➞ "बाबा ने कहा ,मम्मा ने किया ,कोई प्रश्न ,कोई संशय बुद्धि में नहीं उठा " मम्मा एक तीव्र बुद्धि की मालिक थीं। वह बाबा की मुरली सुन कर ,ज्ञान मंथन करके फिर सुनती थीं। ज्ञान मंथन, धारणा,आत्मनिरीक्षण ,आंतरिक ख़ुशी, मौन एवं परमात्मा से सर्व सम्बन्ध - यह कुछ विशेषतायें मम्मा ने यज्ञ में आते ही धारण कर ली थीं। मम्मा ने सभी समर्पित भाई -बहनों का दिल जीत लिया था। सभी उनसे स्नेह करते थे। मम्मा का सिद्धांत था - 'एक भरोसा ,एक विश्वास' और 'न किसी से दुःख लो, न दो। वास्तव में मम्मा मुरली व श्रीमत का प्रतिबिम्ब ही थीं। मम्मा, शिव बाबा की आदर्श शिष्या थीं। श्रीमत धारण करने में उनका कोई तोड़ न था। मम्मा प्रातः 2 बजे अमृत वेला योग के लिए उठ जाती थीं। उन्होंने न सिर्फ स्वयं को कर्मेन्द्रीजीत व स्वराज्याधिकारी बनाया बल्कि अन्य आत्माओं का भी आध्यात्मिक उत्थान कर मनुष्य से देवता बनने की कला सिखाई। मम्मा की दृष्टि से ही अनेकों को 5 विकार छोड़ने व मम्मा समान श्रेष्ठ बनाने की प्रेरणा मिल जाती थी। ​ आरम्भ से ही मम्मा की भूमिका ज्ञान यज्ञ में विशिष्ठ रही और यह भूमिका और भी महत्वपूर्ण हो गयी जब 1950 में ओम मंडली, माउन्ट आबू में बस गयी। तब सम्पूर्ण भारत में सेवायें विस्तार को पाने लगीं। मम्मा ने सेवा पर जा कर अनेक नये- नये सेवाकेन्द्रों की स्थापना की। मम्मा यज्ञ की अर्थ व्यवस्थापक थीं इसलिए वह मितव्यवता एवं उपयोगिता का संतुलन रखती थीं (धन का उपयोग सिर्फ आवश्यकतानुसार) ​ ​ व्यक्तित्व मम्मा अनेक गुणों से सम्पन्न थीं और जैसा कि भक्तगण ,देवियों का पूजन करते हैं ,मम्मा ,यथार्थ रूप से उन 9 शक्तियों से परिपूर्ण थीं ,जिनका उपयोग उनहोंने अन्य आत्माओं के उद्धार हेतु किया। ​ सरस्वती - ज्ञान की देवी - मम्मा ने शिव बाबा की ज्ञान मुरली सुन,धारणामूर्त बन ,ज्ञान सितार बजा के अन्य को भी अनुभव करा के धारणस्वरूप बनाया। जगदम्बा - सम्पन्नता की देवी - सबको रूहानी प्रेम व अविनाशी आनंद प्रदान करने वाली। ​ दुर्गा - शक्ति की देवी - वह जो शिव बाबा से शक्तियां ले स्वयं व अन्य के सभी दुर्गुणों व कमजोरियों का नाश करने वाली। ​ काली - निर्भयता की देवी - वह जो निर्भय व हिम्मती है एवं जो सभी नकारात्मक व आसुरी संस्कारों का विनाश करने वाली है। ​ गायत्री - शुभ लक्षणों की देवी - मम्मा ने शिव बाबा द्वारा दिए गये महावाक्यों को सदा ही महत्त्व दिया एवं उन्हें महामन्त्रों की तरह जीवन में प्रयोग किया।इसी कारण से गायत्री मंत्र का भी विशेष महत्त्व है ,जिसका जादुई उपयोग अशुभ लक्षणों को दूर करने के लिए किया जाता है। ​ वैष्णवी - पवित्रता की देवी - वह जो पवित्रता की शक्ति को फैलाती है और अपनी पवित्र दृष्टि,वृत्ति,संकल्प व कर्म द्वारा अन्य को भी पवित्र बनती है। ​ उमा - उमंग - उत्साह की देवी - वह जो सभी में उमंग - उत्साह जगृत कर उनमे उम्मीद की किरणें जगती हैं। ​ संतोषी - सन्तुष्टता की देवी - वह जो सभी में सन्तुष्टता की भावना जागृत करती हैं। ​ लक्ष्मी - धन की देवी - वह जो सभी को ज्ञान धन व गुण प्रदान करती है। Useful Links PDF version ​ मम्मा की मुरली recordings ​ मम्मा की सभी मुरलियाँ (PDF) ​ ​ Film story on Mamma ​ Samadhan ep 1 on Mamma Day ​ Samadhan ep 2 on Mamma Day ​ Mamma ki Specialities ​ Mamma pictures (gallery) ​ Picture Story (Mamma Yaad) ​ अव्यक्त मम्मा के सन्देश महान तपस्वी आत्मा मम्मा का व्यक्तित्व बहुत ही शक्तिशाली था। उन्होंने ऐसी स्थिति प्राप्त कर ली थी कि उनकी मात्र एक दृष्टि से सामने वाली आत्मा का मन पवित्र और शांत हो जाता था। एक बार मम्मा पंजाब में थी, जब कुछ लोगो ने सेवा केंद्र पर हमला कर दिया और मम्मा से मिलने की बात की। यह सभी लोग ब्रह्माकुमारी के ज्ञान का विरोध करने आये थे और उस सेंटर को बंध करवाना चाहते थे। मना करने के बाद भी वे लोग मम्मा की तलाश करते हुए उनके कमरे तक पहुंचे। मम्मा उस समय तपस्या में बैठी थी। कमरे में प्रवेश करते ही और मम्मा की दिव्य मूरत को देखते ही जैसे उनका क्रोध शांत हो गया, और वो कुछ बोले बिना ही जमीन पर शांत होकर बैठ गए। यह थी यज्ञ माता (सरस्वती जगदम्बा) की तपस्या की स्थिति। उनके शब्दों में जादुई प्रभाव था। मम्मा के वचन प्रेरणादायक व जीवन परिवर्तक थे। मम्मा यज्ञ सेवा में प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा का दाहिना हाँथ थीं। सेवाओं के दौरान मम्मा की मुरली रिकॉर्ड की जाती थी। क्या आप भी मम्मा की आवाज में ही उनकी मधुर मुरली सुनना चाहेंगे ?
