⇦Messages 2023-05-26 ⇦ ⇨ 7 Days RajYoga Course (Part 5) The 7 days course of the Brahma Kumaris is a course that is conducted at all the Brahma Kumaris centres in different cities, towns and villages in India and in centres all over the world in over 120 countries. It is mostly conducted either individually or in small groups at the centres. Its duration is one hour everyday for 7 days and the day and time of doing the course can be fixed 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗞 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗬𝗼𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲. ➥ At some places, it is also conducted in large groups, like in the headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris, which is in the Aravalli Hills in Mt. Abu, Rajasthan, India and in our retreat centres in a few cities in India and abroad in 2-4 days, when our spiritual sisters and brothers visit our campuses over there and stay over there for the entire duration of time of 2-4 days. When they undergo the course in Mt. Abu or in our retreat centres, there is more than one course session everyday at times. ⇦Messages 2023-12-14 ⇦ ⇨ Emotional Independence From People In some of our relationships, we might experience a complete emotional dependency on someone. We spend irrational amounts of time thinking of other person’s needs, opinions and feelings. Our own priorities get cornered, as we give complete control of our emotions and decisions to them. We even start relying on them to feel loved, and this is unhealthy for both of us. ➤Have you ever felt your mind getting emotionally attached to someone? Does someone constantly live on your mind? And do you get disturbed with the slightest change in that person’s behaviour? Our emotional dependence on people is riskier than we realize, and it can turn into a deep addiction. When the mind becomes attached to someone’s behaviors, we will need them to be our way. We constantly seek their love, presence, opinions and approval. ➤Not getting even one of these makes us insecure. We are actually emotionally powerful. We need nothing from anyone. Let us be with people for who they are, not because they can offer emotional comfort. True love brings liberation. Dependency suffocates them and us. Love yourself and spend time with your mind. Remind it – My relationships stand strong on a foundation of emotional independence and love. ➤Sit back and check how you will step away emotionally from people to regain your independence. ⇦Messages 2023-11-27 ⇦ ⇨ Breaking the Cycle of Negative Energy Exchanges (Part 3) A simple positive response in breaking the cycle of negative energy exchanges with another person is the deep inner realization that the other soul is at that point of time lacking in the treasures of peace and love. The foundation for the realization should be a humble consciousness. Very often this realization is based on an egoistic consciousness, which instead of cooling the situation can make it more volatile on a subtle level. So based on this realization is an inner reminder to the self of my duty at that point of time - serving the other soul with the infinite treasures of God's love and peace. ➤So, pure donations at that time in the form of constructive positive and powerful thought vibrations for 5 minutes, once a day, does the work of a soothing balm of love and peace for the other person. Through this method, your feelings of lightness, contentment and goodwill reach the other person, with whom you have a problem.
