Talking with BK Shivani, Healing Depression

A lady (Amrita) requests for guidance, as she was going through a phase of low mood, anxiety, and depression---due to ongoing issues with her mother. So her mother was showing strong signs of "emotional attachment" to her, and this bondage was putting emotional stress on her, as she was trying to get married and progress with her life. She also wanted to speak to BK sister Shivani, as she was benefitted from watching her videos (Awakening program)

In this phone call guidance, we briefly explained to her the "root cause" of her emotional state and guided her to 'healing depression' step by step (using our written guidance on Forum). Then we comforted her with spiritual insight & wisdom, and suggested her to practice "affirmations" and "Sakash" to heal this relationship and free from the bondage of attachment.
