"Being with a cheerful face makes all problems easier"

Thought:
When faced with problems, it can be difficult to maintain inner happiness; the mind becomes increasingly caught up in negative thoughts, fear, or worry. As a result, problems seem larger than they really are. Furthermore, we lose the ability to find solutions and work constructively.
Process:
Once I recognize the problem, the first thing I do is smile to myself. Once I make sure I am happy within myself, I realize that every situation will pass and that the situation is teaching me something. Then, I find solutions much faster and easier.
