Our 5 New Year Resolutions (2025)
1● 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: Dedicate a few minutes each day to be fully present—through 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬—helping you ground yourself and develop greater self-awareness.
2● 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Write down a few things you are 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 for daily. This simple practice shifts your focus toward 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, fostering emotional balance and a deeper appreciation of life. Live 2025 with 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 & 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞. Make God your best friend. Hide nothing & open your heart to him through letters & diary.
3● 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Commit to doing something kind for someone else—whether it’s offering a genuine compliment, volunteering, or helping a neighbor—nurturing 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Let every interaction with everyone this year be filled with 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 & 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. Gift everyone your love, peace, love, joy, strength and hope.
4● 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Each week, spend some quiet time reflecting on your 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚝𝚑, 𝚟𝚊𝚕𝚞𝚎𝚜, and areas needing improvement. This honest introspection paves the way for meaningful 'spiritual' and 'emotional' progress.

Message for Today
"Learning means bringing about change in practice"
Thought:
Often, there are important lessons that we need to apply in the situations we find ourselves in every day. But sometimes, we find ourselves making the same mistakes over and over again. Even though we understand, we are unable to bring about real change from that experience.
Process:
As soon as I realize my mistakes, it is important to take a few minutes to reflect on them. Today, I will reflect on recent situations and ask myself why they happened, what I learned from them, and what will prevent me from doing them again in the future. This reflection will help me bring about real change.
