Rising Above Physical illness

When we are physically unwell, most of us panic or get upset. We repeatedly think and speak only of the illness. And because of the mind-body interconnection, our every thought affects every cell of our body. How we think can either heal us or harm us. Thoughts of illness make us even sicker. Repeated thoughts of health manifest a healthy body. Take a minute and reflect on your response to a physical illness. Does falling sick make you overthink? Do you question why it happened, how could it happen to you?

➤Do the thoughts of not having perfect physical health distress you? Medical science has proved beyond doubt that our emotional state plays a huge role in determining levels of our physical well-being. This means worry, anxiety, pain, or fear about an existing illness will only aggravate it. Radiating vibrations of health to the body help in recovery. We need to accept the illness, focus on restoring health, and constantly radiate healing vibrations to the body, apart from the treatment.

➤Let us radiate healing energy and speed up recovery with thoughts like – Everything is perfect, my life is beautiful, my body is at ease. Optimize the power of your mind to create perfect health in your body. Shift from thoughts of disease to total healing. Remind yourself – I accept my body and my body accepts me. Our energies are in harmony. I create a healthy body with my mind.

➤Start experiencing, feeling, and being a happy being every moment. You are the master of your mind and body. Radiate happiness and love to every cell of your body and take care of your body. Exercise regularly. Eat and drink what is healthy for your body. If the body is unwell, if there is an illness, an ache, a pain, know how to think correctly and do not worry about your illness. Do not let your family become anxious. Don’t focus on just the best of medication and treatment, focus also on your thoughts and heal your body with your thoughts. Points to think about:

Often when I hear something negative about someone even though I've only had positive experiences with them, I get hurt. This brings about a change in my attitude and behavior towards that person.


Procedure:

It is necessary for me to learn the art of listening to allow me to respond in the right way. I need to understand what that person is thinking and feeling in that moment when someone describes someone in a negative light. As I do so , I can support him impartially.
