Time management is the strategic process of organising and planning how to allocate your time between tasks, responsibilities, and goals to maximize efficiency and productivity. By prioritizing tasks, setting clear objectives, and avoiding procrastination, individuals can reduce stress, meet deadlines, and achieve a better work-life balance.
Whilst time cant be controlled, you can manage yourself. When you begin to work smarter, not harder, and do the right things better, you'll begin to make the most and get the best out of your time.
