Practice 'Gratitude'

Gratitude is the heartfelt appreciation for what we have in life; and for the kindness, blessings, or support we received, that touched your life positively. The intention and the action of gratitude are the inner symphony of the heart. It opens to sing with thanks for the smallest of things. To hear a bird sing, to see a child laugh, and to receive a friend’s affection – are all invitations to practise the attitude of gratitude.
