Many times you will hear or read this word in both Sakaar and Avyakt murlis. Baba says: "कर्म करते हुए मुझे याद करो... मन मेरे में लगाओ" which is translated to English as: "𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘦, 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘒𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘢"
👉The simple meaning of the word only means that "𝕖𝕟𝕘𝕒𝕘𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕚𝕟 𝕞𝕖"
मनमनाभव >> मन को मेरे में लगाओ
✱Expansion: Through the gyan murlis, baba says: "Mind, which wanders around in all unnecessary thoughts and emotions... control your mind and engage it only in me, visualise your-self as a divine light of consciousness (soul)... and remember me, your eternal spiritual father (Shiv Baba). And this fire of remembrance will burn the sins of your past births and you will be purified "
🌹RajYog (rajyoga meditation) is more of Karma-Yog. Meaning: We can stay in Yog with Shiv baba while doing our everyday work. This way, if you follow KaramYog, you will never get burdened or bored, isn't it? For example. When I go for a walk, that is the best moment of easy Yog. That is when I the most naturally feel hand in hand with Shiv baba. So "walking" became my time of "Yog".
The below short video on "Manmana Bhav" explains the meaning and basic understanding of RajYog KarmaYog.
