The answer to "is there a multiverse" is both YES and NO, depending on how you define "multiverse".
đThe truth isâthere is only ONE physical universe, but with multiple dimensions. With time, we have derived through both science and spiritualityâthat there must be in total 10 dimensions of space and 1 dimension of time. 11 dimensions in total. And this was known to since ancient times. We still use the phrase "mujhe saatme aasmaan (7th sky) jitni khushi hai" ((add the 3 more dimensions of space we live in & 1 of TIME and we get 11 in total))
đThrough our physical senses, we can only engage with 3 dimensions of space. When in this physical body, the soul is restricted to this earthly world of 3 dimensions. This is because our 'brain' is designed this way--it can only access a fraction of the ultimate reality. So little that we miss to see a lot of the reality.
đȘ»If you are a science person, you would knowâthat our human eyes can only see a small fraction of the "electro-magnetic wave". We call it VISIBLE LIGHT. There are many other such fractions with the EM wave: Radio, microwaves, infrared light, visible light, ultraviolet, X-rays, and gamma rays.
âïžWhen the soul leave the body, it is 'free' from the restriction of the brain. We can see more, instantly be at any place, and we know everything.
So in brief againâwe live in ONE universe, which has 'multiple dimensions'.
â Meditation is the way through which we can experience "soul-consciousness", and thus, access higher dimensions. Learn RajYog meditation
Accessing Higher Dimensions
The notion of accessing higher dimensions through meditation merges ancient spiritual practices with modern metaphysical theories, suggesting that altered states of consciousness can transcend our three-dimensional reality. Proponents argue that deep meditationâthrough focused intention, breathwork, or visualizationâquiets the mind, dissolves ego boundaries, awakens our 'soul-conscious' state, and opens pathways to perceive multidimensional realms.
These experiences, described as encounters with expanded awareness, non-physical entities, or interconnected energy fields, are often linked to traditions like Buddhism, Taoism, or mysticism. While skeptics attribute such phenomena to neural activity or psychological projection, advocates view them as glimpses into universal truths beyond linear time and space. Whether symbolic or literal, the pursuit invites exploration of consciousnessâs limits, blending science, philosophy, and spirituality in a quest to understand existenceâs deeper fabric.
