Introduction

Yog (meditation) will empower you from within, awaken the Kundalini energy (the 7 chakras), and also helps to clear the mind from unnecessary thoughts. But along with raising the spiritual energy in our body, we also must touch the root cause and see how improving diet & changing lifestyle can help. 🌳Now, it is important to consider what you mentioned here: That your eyesight (vision) is already low and 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲... It is important to correct the eyesight in its 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞... The longer you wait and let the eyesight get worse, the more difficult it would be to correct it.

Problem 1: Blurred Vision

The problem of blurred vision is caused mainly by 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 in the eyes (eye balls or cornea). Blurred vision can also be caused by refractive errors, eye strain, or underlying health conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetes. Problem 2: Eye-glasses
