Foreword
The topic we are to touch today, is a spiritual art of 'self-protection'. Be clear: This is NOT meant to harm another soul, or hide yourself from your own karma. This is simply meant to help you be safe and shielded from the negative energy or atmosphere.
🌸Feeling easily affected by others can be emotionally challenging, but 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 and 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 can help. Here are some practical suggestions to not let people or external energies influence you. Please follow the steps as per your exact situation:
𝟭. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
➤𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬
Identify what types of 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚜 or 𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 affect you the most, and which situation triggers your thought process the most. Awareness is the first step to change. Once you are 'aware'—now it is time to "do the inner work".
➤𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Take a moment to breathe deeply, and process the situation before responding to someone’s words or actions. In other words—"𝘎𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵"
𝟮. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳
Just as external protection depends on how powerful and confident a person is, our spiritual protection is based on how 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 the SOUL is. 𝙴𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚍𝚎𝚙𝚝𝚑 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 through the power of Yog (RajYoga meditation—connection to the supreme soul). Learn RajYog meditation online.

These empowering thoughts are planted '𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬' in your mind, which will bear its 'positive' fruit for a long time, and you will see how it reflects in your everyday life. 𝟯. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀
Sometimes, it is better to 'avoid' situations and people who create such negative situations. In this avoiding, exist not only your own good, but also the good of everyone. "𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘦"
🍁So learn the "art of avoiding" (in a 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 no one is intentionally hurt and also negativity is avoided peacefully). "Stay away" from negative atmosphere that may hinder your 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬—and "be involved" in things that take you ahead in this life-journey, surround yourself with 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬.

✶𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥
"Love every soul, even when you think they do not deserve"... For you are only seeing a 'small part' of that soul/person... "𝔹𝕝𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕞". Your 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 & 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 can transform them and 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 their weakness. This needs a perfect "balance" of 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 them when they are avoidable, and '𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠' them by giving them 𝙎𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙝 and 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥-𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 whenever you interact with them.
