We all might have struggled to manage emotions at times during overwhelming situations. The persuit of 'peace' begins only when the 'kingdom' of peace & wisdom ends. Emotions are human being's gift from God. But only when they are used constructively, that they can reward us. Negative or wasteful emotions weakens the soul, while an emotional attachment to someone or some-thing traps the soul and limit its consciousness.

🌻Sometimes, when you have a lot going on, it can be difficult to properly process your feelings about certain things that have taken a toll on you emotionally, causing your emotions to subconsciously build up and then spill over suddenly.
