🌴Firstly, it is good to learn that the wisdom on "𝔼𝕘𝕠 & ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕖 𝕚𝕥" has helped you... If you are an old member of our 'Samadhan' family/group, you must have read many times we have posted on the topics you mentioned in our response messages.
🌳Giving the 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 of them:
● Every time we blame others, we give them the power to control our state of mind.
● Blaming others means, to ignore the truth that "𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦, 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺"
● When we 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 and take 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 of our own decisions, even when they turn out to be wrong, we can 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 and 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 them ahead.
● "𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭" - You can explore the possibilities only when you open your mind and try the other options. That's where life exist in all its glory.

🌻To live with the 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐦, one needs to 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. In other words, 𝚕𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚖𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝, 𝚎𝚡𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚎𝚗𝚓𝚘𝚢 𝚒𝚝. You can practise this with what we call 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. ✶Learn about Mindfulness
⭐𝐓𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭, the soul need to "preserve" the 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚐𝚢 or in common words the "kundalini shakti" >> This energy is wasted when we create waste or negative thoughts, or engage in negative karma. And this energy can be risen by 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗬𝗼𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮. The purpose is to rise the 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚐𝚢 in our body.

🍇Most of us would have experienced some low points in life when we just do not derive 𝗷𝗼𝘆 in doing anything... There seems no 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐦 or 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 even in the activities that you used to love doing.
If you just take a moment here, would you realise that, this is a sign of a temporary lack of purpose, or a feeling of 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. And you would soon observe that 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚏𝚎𝚎𝚕 𝚋𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎... Does not matter what you do in order to feel better, but the very 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠.
🍁Often you will observe that such kind of feel low moments may not have a real cause. Do you think the right way? Do you think that those 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁. 🍎In truth, those moments where we feel down, lonely and uncreative, are the most creative moments... 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳... 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲... 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲... 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲... In those moments you will feel a deeper connection with God, because you have disconnected from the outside world.
