STEP 1
Wisdom to Begin: Thoughts are purely "creative energy"... Think about something, and you are sending it energy. This energy is 'creative'. This way it is said that "You Attract what you constantly think". Focus on the word "Constantly".. whatever we do 'constantly', becomes a HABIT, which is then a part of our life.

đˇYes we can change any habit... Just as a habit is created by constantly doing the "same karma", it can be changed with constant "determination" and "controlling power".
"Thought precedes all actions"
We do think before we act outside, isn't it? So the real transformation must happen "within".. In our "thoughts"
STEP 2
To get out of bad habit of 'drinking', the same "determination", "willingness" & "controlling power" is needed. Most important is "willingness". Make a firm, strong decision: "I WANT TO CHANGE THIS HABIT"

STEP 4
After starting Swaman practise & watching the given videos, we suggest you to bring the person X to your nearby Brahma Kumari RajYog centre where he/she will get a spiritual atmosphere which will empower him to transform the old habits... and also, the sisters/brothers living there would help/guide them.
