Mam I have an problem ,I get aggressive very soon. I have started hating my love ones , specially my mom.
I get irritate soon of her. Please help me mam. I feel that I am the only thing in the world my mum is nothing and I also have used bad word (I have disrespect her)

Firstly - it is right and good that you atleast recognised that anger is an enemy. And yes, you may also would have felt guilty after this. This is the natural sign that one must immediately see. God has given a great gift - we will feel bad when we do something against our original nature (of peace, of purity, of love and so..)
So now what to do?
You know yourself better. Do you believe that you really wish to be healed and you wish to experience the original self ?
You must take a decision now. You study at school, knowing that if you pass, you will move ahead.. Similar is life - if you pass situations and challenges, you move ahead. Otherwise, you have to stay in the same class to learn the lesson again - Understood?
If one fails once (at the first go), it is a chance instead to learn and experience the subject even deeper. So take this opportunity. Learning from this mistake, you now give even more respect to others, more love and become more gentle.
Know that nature is most gentle. Human beings give most pain to nature and in return, nature gives most love and care. Learn from it. Mother nature reflects the innate virtues of the father God. - - God is our father (creator) - - We must love each other as brothers OR brother-sisters
