The following are our precise 5 STEPS that you can follow in order to help anyone in overcoming phone-related addicition with a kind & positive approach.

Approach with empathy, not judgment. Use โIโ statements (e.g., โIโve noticed youโre stressed when your phone isnโt nearbyโwant to talk?โ)

Suggest new hobbies, exercise, reading, walking, or in-person socializing. Introduce & teach them ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ช๐ก๐ฃ๐๐จ๐จ practices (incl. Meditation) to achieve a more ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ state of mind.
