Forgiving others can be difficult, yet it becomes easy & natural, as we understand spiritual secrets... but forgiving yourself is often the most challenging act of self-compassion. Whether it’s a mistake from the past, a choice you regret, or a moment when you fell short of your own expectations, self-blame can linger like a shadow, trapping you in cycles of shame and self-criticism. Yet self-forgiveness isn’t about excusing your actions—it is about freeing yourself from their weight, avoiding negative influence on your mind, reclaiming your humanity, and making space for spiritual GROWTH.
This article offers gentle guidance to help you navigate the messy, tender journey of releasing self-judgment, embracing empathy for your imperfections, and rebuilding trust in your ability to move forward. Healing begins when you stop punishing yourself for being human. Let’s take the first step.

This is a 'brief' look on the topic of 'self healing' & 'forgiveness'. To understand and get further guidance, clarity, and support, please follow the "links" given within this post.

☘️You have mentioned it right. When we are on the 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚙𝚊𝚝𝚑, in this process of 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏-𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐, forgiving others becomes much easier than forgiving the self.
🪴This is because, we clearly understand the reason others behave as they do, we also understand how 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 of past life influences our present, and how nothing external can influence our "inner-truth"
🍁But what most of us miss to understand---is that all of this knowledge also applies to us. All of us are on this same journey of "𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠" where we do make mistakes & 'learn' from them. We face difficulties and GROW out of them. We face challenges & come out 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 & 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫.
🌷We are meant to forgive ourself... Self-forgiveness is vital, as it is indeed the FIRST STEP of 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. And only by healing your-self first can you heal another... Only when you attain 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 and "spiritual awareness" can you begin helping others.
Forgiveness & Healing
Self-forgiveness is the cornerstone of self-healing and leading a fulfilling life, as it liberates you from cycles of guilt, shame, and self-sabotage that keep you tethered to the past. By releasing the burden of regret, you unlock emotional resilience, rebuild self-trust, and reclaim your dignity & peace. This act of radical compassion doesn’t erase mistakes but allows you to grow from them, fostering inner peace and the 'courage to embrace life' with authenticity. Only by shedding the weight of self-judgment can you fully engage in the present, nurture healthier relationships, and pursue your life-purpose with clarity and hope.

We have created a PDF of some "affirmations" that you should practise every morning & before sleep. Send POSITIVE thoughts of 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚗𝚐 (and seeking 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜) makes the process much quicker. 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: You will feel better instantly & you will see a 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫 of those souls whom you send these thoughts.
