Introduction: Life’s struggles—whether born of uncertainty, grief, or the relentless chase for meaning—often leave us feeling adrift in a storm of our own making. Yet, what if the turbulence we face is not a sentence to endure, but an invitation to surrender?

To embrace God is to release the weight of struggles & embracing the lightness of divine guidance, making our path smooth with wisdom and faith. Across cultures and time, those who’ve anchored their heart in a higher purpose have discovered a profound truth: Struggles fade away when viewed through the lens of spiritual trust, an undeviating faith in the divine.

This is not about escaping hardship, but reframing it—allowing "faith" to become the compass that turns stumbling blocks into stepping stones. Whether wrestling with doubt, fear, or the echoes of past mistakes, the act of releasing control and leaning into God’s eternal wisdom & goodness opens up the doors to clarity, resilience, and an unshakable peace. The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in March 2025. So please read the following in the same context.

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱

A lady contacted us through WhatsApp, asking for guidance, as she was struggling to manage life around her family (parents & spouse). She was feeling demeaned and defeated, while not loved & respected enough for what she does for her family. We have given the following guidance accordingly—the 'spiritual wisdom' that can end all struggles & help you see and embrace God's divine plan.

𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘆:

I have to give effort in everything in life, like my parental relations & now my spouse relations.. and mostly I do all work by my heart but at the end I get only to feel "I have no value in their eyes"... as for every small thing I fail to do, they blame me. I feel this there is a lot much karma to settle, but i dont feel the motivation to struggle more. Please guide.

The Response

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯"

🍁If you 𝚋𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚎𝚟𝚎 that "everyone blames me, no one loves me" > then the same feeling will 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 in the outer world, through the 'relationships' you surround yourself to. This is how life works. The thoughts you hold for long, and what you most deeply believe and feel, manifests in the outer world.

The Role of Karma

Yes, your 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 (whether it is this life or a past) is coming back to you, through those relationships (those souls)... and so even they are 'helpless' >> They will do what the "energy exchange of karma" makes them do... They do not blame or demean you on purpose (or consciously)... 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: The ENERGY comes back to the one who sent it out, in equal or greater proportion. Every Karma (at the level of 𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝, 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍, 𝚘𝚛 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚍) is stored as "energy".

🪷This is even truer for GOOD karma... the result of a good karma sometimes take a longer time to come back... as it comes in a "greater proportion"... And therefore PATIENCE and FAITH are the most important qualities for the one who walks the spiritual path. You got to "wait" for the fruit to blossom. "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯."

🪴Keep "patience" in every situation... and you will see the scene will 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 without your interuption... We have explained this beautifully in one line: "𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛, 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨"

🌈Sometimes, you only need to "smile" and not think that you are to 'tolerate'... Keep life simple by removing the 'ego'. 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐠𝐨, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 '𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝' 𝐨𝐫 '𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝'. For there is no harm done on you the SOUL, for you are ETERNAL and almighty... it is when you TRY TOO MUCH that you end up messing the "divine plan" that is only 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. Every event, every door closed, is guiding you to OPEN A NEW DOOR... God has opened it, now on you to move forward.

"𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙥"

God does not allow you to suffer forever, even if it is a result of your karma... God opens 'new doors' for you to move forward. Every setback, whether in a 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳, is 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐝, guiding you to be the person you are 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞, and reach the GOAL that you the 'soul' set for yourself.

🌻One day, you shall 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 & 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 of how you went through all that, only to come out 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 & 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫. Thank God you helped me through. "𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯, 𝘪 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪 𝘢𝘮 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺"

⭐Your life is a BIG picture... When you see a small part of this big picture, you are confused into WHY this & that happened... but only 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 will you learn the purpose. The magnificant picture of life.
