Daan karne ka punya daan karne wale ko milta hai... Agar dhan (wealth) ki baat hai, to jiska dhan hai pehle usko dhan ke daan ka punya milenga. Phir jinke haatho se yeh karma hua, unko apni dene ki acchi bhavna (good intention) ka return milenga.
🌻Keval dhan (money) ka daan nahi hota... gyaan(knowledge) ka daan sarva-shresth hai... phir guno ka daan (donation of virtues) bhi shresth hai... inke baad hi aate hai physical cheezo ka daan (jaise ki kapde, dhan/money, bhojan, aadi)
🌺Keval daan karna hi nahi hota, lekin acchi bhavna/intention se, sahi karya ke arth, sahi vyakti ko diya jaye, aur sahi samay par diya jaye >> aise daan ko "Sato" daan kahenge. Aisa "Sattva" (Sato) daan karne se swayam ki unnuti (upliftment), aur jisko daan diya unka bhi kalyaan hota hai..
👉Read the following description of "Daan" (charity) taken from the Bhagavad Gita verses 17.20 to 17.22:
🌿Dāna was also divided into sāttvika, rājasa, and tāmasa according to the Bhagavad Gītā. The Gītā also talks about the instances when dāna is proper and when improper. According to the Gītā, each person has a mixture of three properties - sattva (knowledge), rajas (action), and tamas (ignorance). The donation (gift) for a person depends on these properties in them.
Conclusion
Dāna should be given with a good intention to benefit the receiver, with the act of generosity, fairness, responsibly, and with the aim to serve selflessly.
🍁The Bhagavad Gita teaches that charity, when performed with the right attitude and intention, is a powerful means of 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚝𝚑 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚙𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗. It emphasizes the importance of giving without attachment to the result and with a sense of duty and compassion towards others.
