So please read the following in the same context. ———————————— 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 The following is our brief guidance for anyone who wishes to comfort and heal another person (soul) who is going through any kind of physical or emotional pain. Also, learn what happens after life (𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔸𝕗𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕝𝕚𝕗𝕖 𝕁𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕖𝕪). 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: Healing is a 'layered' process, as it works at multiple levels (not just physical). Sakash works at the deeper level of thoughts (𝚟𝚒𝚋𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜) and thus it may take 'appropriate time' to see the result outside. Please read the following with great attention. The body however, moves when it is forced in a way (a natural "reflex" movement). We will keep this in mind as we explain further. The state of 'coma' happens when the soul has 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 from the physical body, while not completely. This is how life works. The thoughts you hold for long, and what you most deeply believe and feel, manifests in the outer world. The Role of Karma Yes, your 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 (whether it is this life or a past) is coming back to you, through those relationships (those souls)... and so even they are 'helpless' >> They will do what the "energy exchange of karma" makes them do... They do not blame or demean you on purpose (or consciously)... 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: The ENERGY comes back to the one who sent it out, in equal or greater proportion. Every Karma (at the level of 𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝, 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍, 𝚘𝚛 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚍) is stored as "energy". 🪷This is even truer for GOOD karma... the result of a good karma sometimes take a longer time to come back... as it comes in a "greater proportion"... Use “I” statements (e.g., “I’ve noticed you’re stressed when your phone isn’t nearby—want to talk?”) Second: 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀➙ Discuss & understand how boredom, stress, or loneliness drive them to use phone, go on social media, or tempt them to play video games. 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 As in all other things, the best way to get rid of a bad habit, is 𝐛𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 '𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭' that contradicts & annihilates the bad one, and reward us better. Suggest new hobbies, exercise, reading, walking, or in-person socializing. Introduce & teach them 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 practices (incl. Meditation) to achieve a more 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎, 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚐 & 𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚌𝚎𝚏𝚞𝚕 state of mind. 3. 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 Encourage them to play outdoor games, any kind of 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲. Do some exercise (or Yoga) every day. Make this a habit. Attend in-person 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 with family or friends, play board games, or volunteer a local social work. Social interaction and regular outdoor activity plays a BIG role in keeping us 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 and also help us naturally stay away from the world of social media & video games. And with time, they will realise how beneficial living such an 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 is, against sitting at one place doing nothing. 4. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 Learn and teach them to use the technology wisely. Show them the 'benefits' of phone & also make them aware of the consequences of overusing it (or using it in a bad way). If you are a parent, teach your children what to avoid while surfing, by making their 'moral character' 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 & their 'mind' 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝: To reduce or restrict phone-usage, use screen-time tracking 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐬 (Digital Wellbeing, Screen Time) to set usage limits. Enable “Do Not Disturb” during focused tasks. 5. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 Celebrate small wins and avoid shaming setbacks. Reinforce positive changes with 'encouragement'. Let them know that you are "always available" for help & support.
